As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of regional campaign management strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to support the creation of campaign materials, including data analysis, content compilation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to build an understanding of market trends, customer behaviors, and visitor segments
  • Develop regional campaign management strategies in alignment with overall marketing objectives
  • Draft yearly regional campaign plans and conduct analysis to identify scope, components, required investment levels, media frequency, engagement methods, target audiences, and market mix
  • Propose organizations, celebrities, or influencers for partnerships during regional campaigns

  • Manage the facilitation of production requirements, such as organizing Pre-Production Meetings, shoot logistics, edits, and material review

  • Launch and own the Missed Target Root Cause Library – Build a structured repository of missed OKRs, analyze root causes, and share insights with markets to avoid repeat misses.
  • Run the Marketing Competition Intelligence program – Track competitor marketing activity across all markets, flag emerging trends, and drive proactive internal response with cross-functional partners.
Performance Monitoring & Forecasting
  • Maintain key trackers (CAC, ROI, payback, LTV, etc.) across all 8 markets.
  • Forecast performance vs. OKRs using trend data; flag risks early and suggest corrective actions.
  • Own the Marketplace Health Snapshot (integrated into our regular C-suite and Country MD updates) to track overall business health beyond just GMV and Orders.
Efficiency & Governance
  • Support monthly and quarterly budget tracking across all marketing channels.
  • Assist in variance analysis to flag over/under-utilization and identify efficiency gaps.
  • Collaborate with country teams to ensure effective use of resources aligned with performance goals.
Insights & Support
  • Prepare performance pre-reads and deep-dives for MPRs and regional check-ins.
  • Coordinate with BI, Finance, and local teams to ensure alignment on metrics and reporting.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making or solve open questions.
Requirements The Ideal Candidate
  • 1–2 years of experience in growth, marketing strategy, business strategy, or consulting.
  • Comfortable working with performance data to support business or marketing decisions.
