As an Account Manager for New Cardiology in the Gulf region, you will own the end-to-end sales process across UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait. Responsibilities- Achieving quarterly sales targets aligned with annual business goals.
- Providing regional and strategic market insights to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), National Sales Manager (NSM), Business Unit Manager (BUM), and Marketing teams to support annual planning.
- Understanding account-level unmet needs and creating detailed account plans. Supporting RSMs in Top Tier 1 accounts while working independently in other Tier 1, Tier 2, and (if applicable) Tier 3 accounts.
- Designing and executing sales strategies in alignment with account plans and regional objectives.
- Mapping stakeholders and developing tailored engagement strategies, ensuring CRM systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner.

Unit Specific:

- Assists in the management of patients requiring extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).
- Supports patients undergoing extracorporeal hemoadsorption (EHAC) therapy.
- Aids in pacemaker insertion and management for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders.
- Helps in percutaneous coronary interventions (CTO) to treat coronary artery disease.
- Assists in pulmonary artery catheter insertion and removal.
- Degree in Nursing (minimum two (2) years course duration) and Registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia.
- For UAE nationals graduates of UAE or non-UAE universities are exempted from the experience and clinical training requirements for the applied title. (UAENational must submit a copy of their birth certificate and the mother's family book).
- Non-UAE national graduates from UAE universities are required to successfully complete six (6) months of clinical training post-graduation in an APShealth facility (except for Registered and assistant Nurse titles).
- Must hold a valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (where applicable).
- Must hold a minimum of a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or others, according to the scope of practice.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of recent post-graduate experience in Cardiology Nursing or Heart Centre.
- Previous Team Leader or Senior Registered Nurse experience is an advantage.
