Position: Delivery Driver
Location: UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Fleet Delivery:
  Transport goods from the Distribution Center (DC) to designated stores.
  Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining the safety of the goods.
• Home Deliveries:
  Deliver products directly to customers' residences in accordance with scheduled routes and timeframes.
  Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Regularly inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Compliance and Safety:
  Adhere to UAE road safety and traffic regulations.
  Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods to prevent damage.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate delivery records, including invoices and customer signatures.
  Submit daily trip reports to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• License Requirements:
  Category 4 License: Required for 1 Heavy Vehicle Driver to operate heavy-duty vehicles.
  Category 3 Manual Driving License: Required for 10 drivers to operate 3-ton pickups for deliveries.
• Qualifications:
  Valid UAE driving license corresponding to the vehicle category.
  Proven experience in delivery driving, preferably in fleet and home delivery services.
  Familiarity with UAE roads and routes.
  Ability to handle goods with care and ensure safe delivery.

Compensation:

Following line manager's and sales executives' instructions to deliver the stock to the customer as per the SOP. Deliver the stock to shops and handover it to the right person.

• Follow line manager instructions to deliver the stocks to customers as per the SOP and deliver the stocks to the right shop and to the right person, always ask the store representative to mention their mobile number.
• While collecting the stocks from the truck, match the physical stock with the invoice and inform the store keeper of any variance at the same time.
• Keep each customer stock in a separate bag as given by the store keeper (each trade IMEI numbers are scanned separately and printed on the invoice).
• While delivering the items, match the invoice quantity with the physical stock and confirm with the dealer.
• Collect stamp and signature from the authorized person from trade upon delivery confirmation.
• Deliver all stocks safely, efficiently, and within the agreed time; stocks should be delivered to trade within 30 minutes from the time of handing over the stocks by the storekeeper.
• Handover the invoice proofs (stamped copy) to the store keeper once back from delivery.
• Work closely with the store keeper & sales representative.
• Build relationships with the dealers.
• If requested, assist the sales rep for POSM placement and service units collection upon line manager instruction.
• Assist the storekeeper during stock count, surprise count, and arranging stocks.

• Minimum Higher Secondary education level.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid UAE Bike license.
• Languages: English, Urdu. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Experience in structured route planning.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bike delivery driver.
