**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Provide Applications Engineering, Technical and Pricing Support to MEA customers for Appleton IEC and NEC ETO product line, including technical presentations and quote generation.
+ RFQ's - understand customer and project requirements as found on the Customer request for quote and tender package and generate IEC and NEC ETO quotes as per the client specifications and standards.
+ Sizing and selection of Appleton products and review project specifications to prepare the offer and deviations list as per catalog/ sizing software. Prepare customer quotations that are timely, technically accurate, commercially verified, offering the best all-round solution. Discuss the offer and the selection with the outside sales.
+ Engage in direct customer technical calls and attend any technical meetings with customers as required by sales/ project teams.
+ Co-ordinate with the product and engineering teams for root-cause analysis and arrive at solutions and submit to customer with detailed technical solution / presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Application Engineering Support (70%)
- Work closely with OEMs providing guidance and technical solutions for both existing and new air-conditioning products.
- Support customers in the use of product selection software and system design simulators.
- Assist OEMs with the development and optimization of variable-speed air-conditioning systems supporting testing system balancing and approval processes.
- Coordinate testing with the psychrometric lab and manage technical documentation such as catalogs application bulletins and manuals.
- Engage OEMs on alternate refrigerants and explore new application opportunities in the region.
- Provide inputs on regional efficiency standards and collaborate with marketing to influence standard bodies (AHRI Eurovent etc.).

Technical Training (10%)
- Develop and manage a technical training calendar and create engaging educational content.
- Deliver technical training sessions (including hands-on) for customers focusing on air-conditioning systems drives and controllers.

Quality & Warranty Management (20%)
- Manage OEM warranty claims and provide troubleshooting support for both production and field failures.

- Analyze and maintain warranty data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description
We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist with expertise in Finacle Core Banking Systems to ensure the stability and optimal performance of Finacle 11x and related applications. The role involves production support, proactive monitoring, and issue resolution while adhering to SLAs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Oracle databases and Unix / Linux environments, along with a solid understanding of ITIL processes.
Must Have Skills (Mandatory)
- Finacle Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience with Finacle 10x or higher versions.
- Database Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL / SQL.
- Unix / Linux Skills : Hands-on experience with Unix / Linux commands.
- Application Support : Proven experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, incident analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA) for application-related issues.
- SLA Adherence : Experience in ensuring production issue resolution within SLA timelines.
- Workflow Configuration : Experience in workflow maintenance and configuration.
- ITIL Knowledge : Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Good to Have Skills (Optional)
- Banking Domain Knowledge : Exposure to the banking industry or experience in related applications.
- Experience in Finacle 11x : Familiarity with the latest versions of Finacle for added advantage.
Qualification & Description
- Education : A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
