Team Development & Culture:

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

product-led growth (PLG)

You'll lead initiatives that grow CNTXT's footprint in the UAE and establish us as the go-to platform for businesses seeking innovative technology solutions.

What are the role requirements?

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize customer lifecycle programs focused on
    awareness, activation, retention, and expansion
    .
  • Manage and scale
    paid acquisition channels
    (SEM, social, PPC) to drive cost-effective growth.
  • Build up organic growth strategies using PLG , SEO SME etc…
  • Ensure the integrity of the marketing data stack, providing robust reporting and insights to inform growth initiatives.
  • Experiment and implement strategies to increase
    top-of-funnel traffic
    and conversion.

Desired Experience

  • 4-5+ years
    in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with proven success in driving revenue growth.
  • 1+ years
    of management experience, including mentoring or building a team.
  • A track record of scaling performance marketing in
    fast-growing environments

  • Strong expertise in
