What are my responsibilities?Be a part of our Project Execution team as a Construction Site Coordinator - Airport Baggage/Cargo Handling Systems in Dubai, UAE.
- Support the Construction Manager in day-to-day operations and site management.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors (scaffolding, manpower, equipment suppliers, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Liaise with external stakeholders regarding PTWs (Permit to Work) and site/area access (BHS control room, police, baggage operations, etc.).
- Track and manage site personnel timesheets and working hours; maintain records and share this data with relevant departments.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and filing systems (both electronic and hard copy) for site operations and project documentation.
- Oversee local transportation logistics and assist with accommodation arrangements for site personnel.
- Control office material supplies and ensure availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) for visitors and site staff.
- Coordinate passes and travel arrangements for site personnel and visitors.
- Monitor and supervise baggage handlers, electrical/mechanical tech commissioning support, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) work activities.
- Assist with preparing reports related to project progress and create site, progress, and management presentations.
- Manage and control snag lists, working closely with the Construction, T&C, and QA teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform general administrative duties, providing backup support for colleagues in case of absence or workload surges, and assist with document translations when required.
- Support T&C (Testing and Commissioning) coordination and related activities to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, security, environmental, and quality standards, adhering to all relevant regulations and best practices to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably within construction or related industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Previous experience on construction sites is a strong plus, as is an understanding of site operations and safety protocols.
- Highly structured, organized, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment, collaborating with teams from varied backgrounds and disciplines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken formats.
- Willingness to support continuous improvement by seeking and implementing optimized ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required, proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.

The Technician is responsible for conducting mechanical and electrical repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on equipment such as Toyota, BT, and VNA models. - Perform advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on material handling equipment.
- Diagnose faults accurately and provide effective solutions, ensuring minimal repeat issues.
- Carry out both workshop and field-based service jobs while identifying and reporting potential issues proactively.
- Follow procedures outlined in service manuals and utilize checklists to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Communicate repair progress clearly with the Foreman or Service Supervisor.
- Maintain productivity and efficiency as per KPIs and service standards.
Required skills to be successful:
- Strong hands-on experience with Material Handling Equipment, especially Toyota, BT, or VNA machines.
- High-level diagnostic skills with both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to follow detailed service manuals and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Must hold a valid UAE manual driving license.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak service periods.

As Cargo Agent you will have to perform all cargo handling related activities including documentation, customer service, acceptance, delivery, breakdown, build-up, equipment operation and transport to ensure smooth handling of cargo throughout Cargo Operations (Export and Import).
In This Role You Will
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job
- Discusses safety concerns openly and reports them to the relevant supervisor
- Complies with relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Guides and assists the team of Loaders and Equipment Operators in cargo handling activities ( build-up, breakdown, acceptance and delivery, documentation of cargo, courier and mail in line with the standards
- Inspects and validates against relevant documentation and counts goods at every point of delivery, acceptance, breakdown and build-up to ensure that goods conform to relevant criteria and are dispatched in line with the standard work procedures
- Enters data manually or automatically in the cargo systems in a timely manner
- Coordinates with Government Authorities such as Customs, Municipality, Health or Police in an efficient and effective manner to ensure smooth movement of all cargo, courier and mail
- Handles and loads all special cargo (dangerous goods, live animals, valuable goods, etc.) in line with IATA manuals
- Performs all related cargo handling activities and operates equipment as required (Tow Trucks, forklifts, etc) for movement of loads.
- Loads and unloads cargo from ULDs / Aircrafts and Trucks as appropriate in a timely manner.
To be considered for this role, you should meet the below requirements:
- O level (Minimum of 10 years of schooling required) or Higher Secondary (12 years schooling)
- Experience of 0-2 years in Logistics and Cargo
- Good English written and spoken communication
- Advantage if you have completed these trainings Introductory to Civil Aviation / Cargo Product Knowledge & Documentation / Cargo Special Load Handling /Dangerous Goods / Handling /Basic Airline Security Course / Human Factors for Airport Operations / Ramp safety induction /Cool Chain dnata Cargo /Warehouse safety
- Valid UAE license for operating equipment.
- System knowledge of DACS+, CAMSYS would be an advantage.
