- 8-12 years experience if you hold a Bachelor's degree.
- 4-6 years experience if you hold a Master's degree.
- Experience in Category Management or Supply Chain roles with a proven track record of managing key categories and leading procurement initiatives.
- Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management software (e.g. ERP systems like SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
