Key Responsibilities
- Conduct statutory and internal audits in compliance with UAE regulations and IFRS.
- Prepare and review financial statements, corporate tax returns, VAT filings, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Provide expert advisory on corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
- Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities for smooth audit execution.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality work delivery.
Candidate Requirements

- Only candidates who have passed the Chartered Public Accountant (Phillipines) exam under PICPA are eligible to apply.
- CA certified under ICAI will also be considered
- ACA, ACCA, CMA, or other qualifications will not be considered.
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Transfer Pricing, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and AML regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship skills

Accounting Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Records:
- Record all financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and other transactions.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
- Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Manage vendor payments and petty cash.
- Payroll Processing:
- Prepare and process employee salaries.
- Ensure compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System) or local labor laws.
- Banking & Reconciliation:

Public Relations Officer (PRO) Responsibilities:
- Government Liaison:
- Process visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle labor cards, Emirates ID, and medical tests (for UAE or similar GCC countries).
- Deal with immigration, labor, municipality, and other government authorities.
- Document Management:
- Maintain records of all PRO transactions.
- Ensure all company legal documents are valid and up to date (trade license, tenancy contracts, etc.)
- Public Communication:
- Draft and respond to letters, emails, or official correspondence.
- Coordinate with media or government for company announcements (if required).
- Company Representation:
- Represent the company in government departments or other official bodies.
- Accompany staff for medicals, documentation, and approvals.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and tools (e.g., ZOHO, Tally, QuickBooks, Excel).
- Familiarity with local labor and immigration laws (especially in GCC).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Daily tasks will involve preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and utilizing strong analytical skills to support financial decisions and strategies. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required for effective communication and reporting.
