The purpose of this position is to accelerate SME growth by developing and managing digital and non-traditional sales channels, while also leading activation events through strategic partnerships. The Manager – Channel Marketing and Partnerships will identify and onboard innovative ecosystem partners, establish digital distribution channel and drive performance, and drive market penetration through impactful partner-led events and initiatives that enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the management and delivery of all gross volume and associated revenue inflow through Non-Traditional routes to market (Licensing authorities, business setup agencies, Free zones, Business supporting government agencies, business councils etc.). Being the key interface between channel and segment driving predictable, profitable business.
  • Accountable for identification and delivery of the traditional routes to market, maximize new product portfolio by contributing to CVP and process delivery.
  • Develop and manage the integration between the business and the non-traditional partners improving volume and Acquisition revenue inflow targets
  • Establish digital distribution framework to onboard and grow digital distribution partner
  • Develops and deliver the co-owned mindshare enhancement plan through a multi-layered partnership with the non-traditional partners.
  • Develop and own a digital platform to integrate business set-up agencies into the business module
  • Develop a commissioning scheme for the non-traditional partners (business set up agencies).
  • Develop a VP matrix to incentivize the collaboration with the non-traditional routes to market.
  • Manage the end-to-end ownership of SME activation events like e.g. North Start, SEF

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business required
  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience in similar role
  • Channel & Partner Management: Experience in managing and growing indirect sales channels and non-traditional business partnerships.
  • Strategic Business Development: Ability to identify and establish new routes to market, especially through licensing authorities, free zones, and government entities.
  • Revenue & Acquisition Growth: Proven ability to drive acquisition revenue and gross volume through alternative distribution networks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills to manage cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external government or business agencies.
  • Project & Program Management: Skilled in end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Innovation & Market Expansion: Capable of thinking creatively to expand reach through non-traditional channels and influence market penetration strategies.
  • Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical thinking to define and monitor KPIs, interpret partner performance, and inform strategic adjustments.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy to drive growth across both partner (IB) and institutional (B2B) segments supporting the FXTM and Exinity Connect brands.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Dealing Partnerships CRM Digital Marketing and Product to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support lead generation partner acquisition and revenue goals.

  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns and promotions across digital and offline channels to increase brand visibility partner engagement and customer acquisition in key markets (Greater China SEA Africa MENA etc.).

  • Lead the development of marketing assets and toolkits for partners and institutional clients including brochures videos webinars case studies and sales enablement materials.

The purpose of this position is to accelerate SME growth by developing and managing digital and non-traditional sales channels, while also leading activation events through strategic partnerships. The Manager – Channel Marketing and Partnerships will identify and onboard innovative ecosystem partners, establish digital distribution channel and drive performance, and drive market penetration through impactful partner-led events and initiatives that enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the management and delivery of all gross volume and associated revenue inflow through Non-Traditional routes to market (Licensing authorities, business setup agencies, Free zones, Business supporting government agencies, business councils etc.). Being the key interface between channel and segment driving predictable, profitable business.
  • Accountable for identification and delivery of the traditional routes to market, maximize new product portfolio by contributing to CVP and process delivery.
  • Develop and manage the integration between the business and the non-traditional partners improving volume and Acquisition revenue inflow targets
  • Establish digital distribution framework to onboard and grow digital distribution partner
  • Develops and deliver the co-owned mindshare enhancement plan through a multi-layered partnership with the non-traditional partners.
  • Develop and own a digital platform to integrate business set-up agencies into the business module
  • Develop a commissioning scheme for the non-traditional partners (business set up agencies).
  • Develop a VP matrix to incentivize the collaboration with the non-traditional routes to market.
  • Manage the end-to-end ownership of SME activation events like e.g. North Start, SEF

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business required
  • Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in similar role
  • Channel & Partner Management: Experience in managing and growing indirect sales channels and non-traditional business partnerships.
  • Strategic Business Development: Ability to identify and establish new routes to market, especially through licensing authorities, free zones, and government entities.
  • Revenue & Acquisition Growth: Proven ability to drive acquisition revenue and gross volume through alternative distribution networks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills to manage cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external government or business agencies.
  • Project & Program Management: Skilled in end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Innovation & Market Expansion: Capable of thinking creatively to expand reach through non-traditional channels and influence market penetration strategies.
  • Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical thinking to define and monitor KPIs, interpret partner performance, and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas, influence senior stakeholders, and align teams around shared goals.

  • Analyze, calculate, and evaluate business data, including channel sales revenue, forecasts, program ROI, pricing and new product launch success.
  • Own the marketing calendar for PSS MENA. Drive digital nurture and social media programs for PSS MENA.
  • End to End delivery of events, including coordinating between sales & marketing to ensure full alignment on objectives, strategy, delivery, and post event plan.
  • Evaluate post event results to drive continuous improvement in the future events strategy.
  • Work closely with sales teams to effectively manage and measure campaign effectiveness, lead generation and ROI (MQL-SQL-Pipeline-Order)
  • Ensure VOC (voice of customer) excellence and communication to the business as required for product development, competitive intelligence, pricing etc.
  • Drive demand generation via Digital and social media campaigns
  • Liaison with suppliers, agencies & event organizers
  • Monitor competitive activity and align this with strategic marketing plans to increase market share.
  • Drive monthly meetings with Sales to track MQL status and conversion.

Key Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or technology or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in strategic end customer marketing, channel marketing, and product marketing in a B2B environment.
  • MBA Preferred.
  • Mastery of marketing technology tools specifically SFDC and Marketo
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work closely with a variety of disciplines in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to prioritize work and work independently.
  • High level of integrity and demonstrated portrayal of Honeywell Behaviors.

The Channel Marketing Senior Engineer - Panel Builder is responsible to implement the marketing strategies targeting the Panel Builder channel. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with Panel Builders (both direct and indirect) to drive sales growth, and ensuring that panel builders have the resources and support they need to succeed, aligned with the business growth objectives and in doing so maximising the ROI from the investments made.
**What you'll do:**
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Panel Builders
+ Support in onboarding new channel partners to expand market reach.
+ Lead the PB program local enclosure type test initatives along with sheet steel industrialization.
+ Provide regular training, suppor the channel partners on products,systems and software.
+ Support in Identifying sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
+ Work closely with the sales team to drive sales through the channel.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
+ Ensure that Panel Builders have access to up-to-date marketing materials and product information.
+ Provide technical support to channel partners, addressing any product-related queries or issues.
+ Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
+ Conduct audits and ensure Eaton's brand reputation and quality is maintined by the Panel Builder.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
+ 5+ years' experience in Sales, Channel Management, Product Marketingin Middle East
**Skills:**
- Strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear and Panel Building activties
- Good communication, interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge in Marketing and business development activities
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in working with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Relevant industry/sector experience
- Must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm towards working in a matrix team environment
- Must be a team player, eager to colaborate and develop channel marketing in cooperation with the colleagues from Marketing and Sales team in the Middle East
- Be flexible on working arrangements - willingness to travel at a zone level frequently
