Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager – Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals to oversee and expand sales operations in Brazil. This is a remote, full-time contract role. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the sale and application of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products, with a strong track record in client relationship management and market development within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for chemical products including HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in coatings, painting, putty, tile adhesives, and mortar industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activity (e.g., Lotte Fine Chemical, Ashland Cellulose Ether) to remain competitive and proactive in the market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
- Proven success managing key accounts and distributors, particularly within the Brazilian market.
- In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel within Mexico and internationally, as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of wastewater treatment chemicals across the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment chemicals, industrial sales, and market development. The role involves managing key accounts, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the MENA region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in municipal, industrial, and commercial wastewater treatment sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including government bodies (municipalities), EPC contractors, and industrial plants. Conduct market research to understand regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to potential clients.
- Customer & Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and product recommendations based on client requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to maximize profitability.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and export/import laws.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10–12 years in sales of water/wastewater treatment chemicals, with a proven track record in the MENA region.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of polyacrylamide, coagulants, flocculants, and other wastewater treatment chemicals.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently (up to 50%).
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.
