Role Overview

- Represent SRC Ecosystem at investor events, webinars, and high-level meetings globally.
- Establish a transparent communication framework with investors.
- Support tokenomics optimization and allocation strategy based on investor and ecosystem needs.
- Monitor market conditions and advise on timing for public token launch and listings.
- Oversee treasury management and long-term sustainability planning.
- Work cross-functionally with CEO, CTO, legal, marketing, and product teams to align fundraising and go-to-market milestones.
- Mentor and build a future capital markets team to scale with the project.
- 7+ years of experience in investment banking, VC, crypto fund, or Web3 capital formation roles.
- Proven track record of raising capital for blockchain, fintech, or SaaS ventures.
- Deep understanding of tokenomics, SAFT structures, and public token offering dynamics.
- Established network of crypto-native and traditional investors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
- Experience with RWA tokenization, DeFi, or trade finance projects.
- Prior involvement in a Layer 2 or zk-powered blockchain project.
- Familiarity with Asian, European, and MENA investment ecosystems.
- Fluent in English; other major languages a plus.
