- Coordinate with the local support center when issues arise
- Plan and conduct training sessions for our branches and refrigeration experts on virtual chiller diagnostics and the Connected Equipment Portal. Gather technician feedback for continuous improvement
- Provide input, guidance, and participate in the OpenBlue platform roadmap and enhancements, especially to improve features and functionality for maximum customer value
