**Description:**
The Resident Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the progress of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This role will require extensive on-site presence and coordination with various stakeholders during the entire construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Delivery
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction activities on-site, including material delivery, contractor schedules, labor resources, and equipment usage.
Reviewed the design proposals, work program, material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, payments, variation orders and claims, etc.
ffectively manage the site supervision staff during construction & ensuring the works are being conducted according to the Contract specifications.
nsure all contractors, subcontractors and workers adhere to project schedules, quality, and safety standards.
ork closely with designers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications.
egularly review progress and status reports and advise on adjustments and changes to meet project requirements.
rovide updates to the client and project team on the project's status, costs, and progress and request for approvals or change orders, as necessary.
ollaborate with project contractors to recommend innovative solutions that will improve the quality of the project as well as save the project cost.
repare and submit periodic project reports summarizing progress, schedules, and goals to the management team.
ollaborate with other Resident engineers in other projects in coordinating schedules, resources and finding solutions.
nsure monitoring of the quality of materials and workmanship installed, operated, and maintained.
aintain the Resident Engineer's daily diary and daily diaries and reports by his subordinates. Liaise with Client, Project Management and Contractor for resolution of project issues, in addition to concerned Authorities when required.
repare weekly and monthly progress reports.

iaise with clients, co-ordination with Governmental Organization and other Consultants/Contractors

**Qualifications:**
- The successful candidate will have Batchlor Degree in Civil engineering with 20 Years of experience in Drainage, Pumping station, Road, Water Recycle and Infra project.
- Candidate must have PMP certifications and proficient in PRIMAVERA and MS OFFICE .
- Candidate must have previous experience in dealing with Construction manager, CS site team, Client, Contractor and Suppliers.
- Experience with DM Infra & Water recycle Project is an Advantage.

+ **Transport Planning & Mobility - Roads, Highways, Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
+ Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles.
+ Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
+ Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.).
+ Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the preparation of technical deliverables.
+ Actively contribute to team discussions, problem-solving, and creative design thinking.
+ UAE National (Emirati) with valid Emirates ID & Family Book.
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Transport Engineering.
+ Strong interest in one or more of the following:
+ Building Design & Architecture
+ Structural Analysis
+ Road/Highway Engineering
+ Urban Mobility and Transport Planning
+ Stakeholder Engagement
+ Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar is a plus.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Description**
AECOM is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for a major Roads and Bridges project located in Dubai.
**Job Duties**
+ Perform survey work under the direction and guidance of the Senior Highway Surveyor.
+ Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points including reference ties for re-establishing the points in the field
+ Record all measurements, rod readings and calculations neatly and accurately in field books as the work progresses.
+ Coordinate with the Contractor's surveyor on work priorities and schedules.
+ Check all work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits.
+ Report discrepancies or technical problems to the Assistant Resident Engineer.
+ Perform joint measurements of the completed work or payment
+ Maintain equipment in proper condition and perform frequent calibration checks.
+ Specific Skills Required
+ Strong Construction supervision experiences on expressways projects.
+ Well experienced in the construction of interchanges / intersections.
+ Ability to utilize modern computer software and survey equipment
**Qualification**
+ Relevant university or college qualification (Min 3 Years of Diploma in Civil or Survey)
+ RTA / DM Approval is preferred
**Experience**
+ Work experience of not less than 7 years in construction and/or supervision
+ Must also have knowledge of existing networks in the Emirates
