AECOM's Project Cost Consultancy (PCC) team based in Dubai South is seeking a motivated Graduate Project Surveyor to join our dynamic and multi-disciplinary team. As a Graduate Project Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting all commercial activities throughout the pre and post contract phases of construction projects.
Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assisting Quantity Surveying staff for Assets (Buildings Team) on both pre-contract and post-contract deliverables.
• Undertakes responsibilities under the supervision of a more senior Project Surveyor
• Completes the measurement of quantities for input into cost plans, cost estimates and bills of quantities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Design Specialist to join our team. As a Structural Design Specialist, you will play a key role in the design and analysis of building structures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and reinforcement detailing for structural components of buildings and infrastructure projects. The role involves developing layout plans, sections, and detailed reinforcement drawings based on engineering input and ensuring compliance with project specifications and codes.

• Prepare structural drawings including foundation plans, column layouts, beam details, and reinforcement schedules.
