cleaning and housekeeping services for villas. This
includes maintaining spotless indoor and outdoor areas, handling laundry
and utensils with care, and ensuring client satisfaction through
exceptional hygiene and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Cleaning & Housekeeping
Clean and sanitize all villa areas including bedrooms, bathrooms,
kitchens, living areas, and balconies.
Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and polish all furniture, mirrors, and
surfaces.
Change bed linens, organize rooms neatly, and maintain a pleasant
appearance in all areas.
Handle decorative items, electronics, and furnishings carefully to
prevent damage.
- Deep Cleaning & Special Tasks
Perform deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas as
scheduled.
Clean appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, and
microwaves when requested.
Support move-in / move-out or villa handover cleaning services.
Assist other team members during large villa or full-day cleaning
projects.
- Laundry & Utensil Washing
Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes, towels, and linens as instructed by
the client or supervisor.
Handwash or machine-wash delicate items as required.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchenware carefully to
maintain hygiene.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in laundry and kitchen washing
areas.
- Hygiene, Safety & Professionalism
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Should know how to use all cleaning products, chemicals and cleaning equipments responsibly.
Maintain high personal hygiene and always wear the company uniform and
PPE.
Be polite, respectful, and discreet when working inside client homes.
Immediately report maintenance or damage issues (plumbing, AC,
electrical) to the supervisor.
- Daily Coordination & Punctuality
Be available for daily pickup and drop-off from the office to the
assigned villas.
Follow the cleaning schedule provided by the Office Manager.
Maintain punctuality and readiness for full-day cleaning assignments.
Cooperate with other cleaning and gardening teams when required.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent attention to detail and cleaning quality.
Skilled in housekeeping, laundry, and dishwashing.
Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and delicate items.
Physically fit and able to work efficiently in villas of varying sizes.
Friendly, trustworthy, and customer-service oriented.
Basic English understanding (for work instructions and communication).
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of villa, hotel, or housekeeping experience (UAE or
GCC preferred).
