The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of the cleaning staff to ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. This role may be based in a firm, hotel, or residential building and requires effective supervision, organization, and leadership skills.

Reporting to: Facility Manager
- Establish and implement cleaning standards and procedures, ensuring all staff adhere to these guidelines.
- Coach and develop cleaning staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Schedule and assign specific duties and roles to cleaners, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning equipment to identify wear and tear and request replacements as needed.
- Monitor and control the usage of cleaning materials to minimize waste and prevent misuse.
- Provide assistance to cleaning staff to address challenges and ensure smooth task execution.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained to meet client satisfaction and organizational requirements.
- Continuously monitor cleaning standards and address any deviations to maintain quality service.
