AECOM Middle East are currently seeking a Paralegal, to join our Middle East legal counsel division. Based in Dubai, the Paralegal will support the end market Senior Counsels, and the Regional Chief Counsel on all business matters.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents including NDAs, MOUs, consultancy agreements, subcontracts, and service agreements.
- Support the legal team in managing project-related contracts and ensuring compliance with local laws and international standards (e.g., FIDIC).
- Conduct legal research on regional laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and litigation support.
- Maintain and update legal databases, contract registers, and document management systems.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as required.
