• Facilitate structured requirement gathering, workflow mapping, validation walkthroughs, and signoffs.
• Communicate plans, timelines, and changes clearly and consistently across all levels of the organization - from frontline clinical staff to C-suite executives.
• Create and manage clinical governance boards, change control processes, and formal approval checkpoints. 4. Technical Coordination & Vendor Partnership
• Actively interface with Oracle and other application vendors to guide and monitor solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure consistent alignment to Oracle Cerner cloud reference models, eliminating unnecessary customizations or detours.
• Work in close coordination with internal infrastructure, integration, and security teams to support environment stability and operational readiness.
• Manage upgrade cycles, refreshes environment, and release patching schedules in coordination with vendor road maps. 5. Operational Excellence
• Ensure clinical applications run reliably, are supported 24/7, and meet service level expectations.
• Proactively identify performance issues, usability gaps, or configuration problems and lead structured remediation.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, system configurations, and process decisions to support transparency and compliance.
• Conduct post-go-live assessments, lessons-learned sessions, and continuous improvement planning. Qualifications Essential:
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in healthcare IT program delivery, clinical systems management, or product ownership.
• Demonstrated success in implementing or managing Oracle Cerner clinical applications in hospital or health system settings.
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows and their intersection with technology in acute and outpatient care environments.
• Proven ability to work across multiple teams and lead without ambiguity - with strong task tracking, documentation, and delivery rigor. Preferred:
• Experience in private healthcare environments or multi-site hospital systems within the UAE/GCC region.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), EMR data models, and integration protocols (HL7, FHIR).
• Understanding of JCI, DHA, MOHAP, or other international/regional healthcare accreditation standards. Key Competencies
