- Identify and report any immediate health concerns that arise during the questionnaire process to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of questionnaires and educational materials to patients.
Administrative Support:
- Provide support in other areas of the clinic or hospital as required by nursing staff.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. The ideal candidate will have:
- Healthcare Assistant certificate and/or KHDA.
- Nursing Assistant certificate a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in patient-facing roles, preferred. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact empathetically with patients. Fluent English is a must.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and recording. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with healthcare documentation.
