  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in any following fields is necessary (Adult Health Nursing (Medical and Surgical Nursing), Critical Care Nursing and Maternity and Newborn Nursing Care)
  • Experience in nursing education and clinical instruction, with a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for students.
Knowledge & Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical nursing practices across multiple nursing specialized settings
  • Strong understanding of hospital protocols, patient safety measures, and adult education principles.
  • Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage student schedules and collaborate with healthcare staff.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, and data effectively using MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel).
  • Ability to utilize Audio-Visual equipment, proficiency in learning management platforms, and familiarity with student database systems.
Working Conditions

Paramedic Education Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering instruction and training to students in paramedicine and emergency medical care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, significant experience in the field, and excellent teaching and interpersonal skills.

  • Deliver classroom instruction and hands-on training in paramedicine and emergency care.
  • Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments to meet academic and professional standards.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Paramedicine or a related field, registration with the relevant health authority, and at least three years of experience in emergency medical services.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Specialist to support medical device implementations and clinical education across the region. This role combines technical expertise, clinical training, and strategic support to empower healthcare providers in effectively adopting and using our client's solutions.

This Specialist will conduct hands-on training for healthcare professionals on the clinical use of medical diagnostic devices, develop educational resources, and promote awareness of new medical pathways.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth installations and integrations, respond to clinical and technical inquiries from healthcare staff, and support local trainers and application specialists in regional markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hands-on training for healthcare professionals on the clinical use of medical diagnostic devices.
  • Develop educational resources: clinical workshops, product videos, presentations, and support tools.
  • Promote awareness of new medical pathways (e.g., Endocrinology & Bariatric applications).
  • Support collaborations with pharmaceutical partners by drafting clinical workflows and co-developing educational initiatives.
  • Work with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth installations and integrations in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
  • Respond to clinical and technical inquiries from healthcare staff, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support local trainers and application specialists in regional markets.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Strong clinical background with a deep understanding of medical workflows.
  • Experience delivering training in healthcare or MedTech settings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in English.
