AWS Cloud Support Engineer Jobs
Job Opening: AWS Cloud Support Engineer (L1)
Company: The Knowledge Artisans
Alright, here’s the dealYou wanna get your hands dirty with real-life AWS stuff? This gig’s perfect for you. We’re talking live action, not just theory. You’ll be keeping an eye on massive AWS setups, making sure nothing catches fire (metaphorically, obviously).
Where?Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah. Take your pick.
Experience? If you’re fresh out of college but have your AWS cert, you’re golden. 0–2 years is the sweet spot.
Shifts?Yup, it’s round-the-clock. Sometimes you’ll be the night owl. Full-time role, so buckle up.
What you’ll actually do:- Babysit AWS environments using tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk—basically, digital surveillance.
- Jump on alerts. First-level troubleshooting—think of it as being the first firefighter on the scene.
- If things get wild, you’ll ping the L2/L3 folks (no heroics necessary).
- Help out with routine stuff: maintenance, patching, upgrades—the not-so-glamorous but super important bits.
- Make sure we’re not breaking any security rules. Compliance is king.
- Decent grip on IT basics: operating systems, networking, storage, security. The usual suspects.
- Troubleshooting chops. If you like solving puzzles, you’ll fit in.
- Solid English. If you know Arabic too, extra brownie points.
- AWS cert? Awesome. Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect – Associate? Even better.
Start as L1 Engineer, move up to L2 (Cloud/DevOps), then maybe one day you’ll be the L3 Cloud Architect or SRE everyone goes to when stuff hits the fan.
Sound good?Hit us up. Let’s get cloud-y.
