Basic Function & Scope
Under minimal supervision, sets up and operates CNC (computer numerical controlled) machinery in a joinery factory.
Job Description- Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
- Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or workpiece as guides for subsequent machining as necessary.
- Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines as necessary to machine parts as required.
- Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerised machine control media according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.
- Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools as necessary.
- Sets up and operates the machine on trial run to verify the accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.
- Performs routine maintenance tasks on machines as required.
- Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems.
Qualifications:
- Two years of related experience and /or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Experience:
- At least 3 years working experience on CNC Machines BIESSE Rover B4 & B3 (2D/3D) & HOMAG in a joinery within the GCC 
- Should know operating and programming on the CNC Machine 
- Must know Auto-CAD. - Location: 
ICAD 1, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi

**Scope**
+ Support the deployment of RCO strategic and commercial initiatives within the Region in collaboration with the CCO leadership
+ Contribute actively to the development and implementation of local selling tactics required to support the strategic and commercial initiatives in the Region.
+ Share responsibility for the Region sell-out results and margin by market and by brand with the CCO leadership
+ Provide local support and guidance (new product launches, product training, clinical education, marketing activities, dental solutions .) to the CCO in collaboration with the relevant RCO resources
+ Explore new business opportunities within the Region in collaboration with the CCO leadership
+ Participates to key projects for the RCO as needed

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop a close collaboration with the CCO in the Region and provide support in terms of marketing, sales training, forecasting and Executing.
+ Training all dealers and managing the stocks of the dealers
+ Support during dental exhibitions and conferences
+ Coaching the sales team for Dentsply Sirona and dealers
+ Collect business intelligence related to the Region (competition and prices, business environment, distribution networks, promotions, new products launches .) to influence product portfolio and positioning needs.
+ Participate to the design and execution of bundles and dental solutions for the Region including collaboration with other RCO BDMs / Product (where applicable)
+ Advise and support implementation of regional price strategy
+ Share best practices with CCO organization and with other regions
+ Support research for potential new markets and/or products
+ Participate in the Commercial planning, Forecasting and Budgeting processes led by the CCO team

**Education:** BS degree or equivalent in Dentistry (preferable), Biomedical Engineering or Business.
**Years and Types of Experience:**
Minimum 3-5 Years experience in Dental Equipment (CADCAM & Imaging) Sales.
