• Maintain pricing databases and conduct detailed analyses on pricing, discounting, and promotional spend efficiency.
• Track KPIs and measure ROI for key marketing investments across brands, markets, and channels.

Financial Evaluation of Investments:

• Lead financial reviews of business cases for new product introductions (NPI) and M&A opportunities, ensuring sound ROI metrics.

• Monitor, control, and optimize trade and marketing budgets for new launches, collaborating closely with commercial teams.

Compliance & Governance:

• Maintenance and support on Global standard process.
• Support the enhancement of commercial finance processes and governance frameworks.
• Assist in both internal and external audit queries relating NTO, GM and trade incentives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/CPA/CIMA preferred.
• Experience: 8 years in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering, ideally within FMCG or tobacco.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and scenario analysis. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of P&L drivers, trade dynamics, and go-to-market models.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders. Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
