- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Tasks

- Review the cash flow, cost plan (during tender stage), pre-tender estimates, and project budget and provide comments.

- Review performance bonds and advance payment bonds submitted by the contractor and provide comment on the same. Advise if any comments or extensions needed to such bonds.
- Provide commercial advice to the Project Team where necessary.
- Provide recommendations on Penalties, Liquidated Damages and associated issues.
- Manage the day to day commercial and contractual administration including review and evaluation of claims and/or contract variations.
- Manage compliance of consultants, contractors and operators with their contracted scope of services.
- Manage claims review and determination (in conjunction with the Engineer if in respect of the Contractor).
- Provide supervision and analysis of Development and Project risks and opportunities.
- Manage the Change Management process within the company, the consultancies and construction contracting environments.
- Proactively leads, manages and mitigates contractual and commercial risks with the Development Team, Consultants and Contractors.
