The expert for Internal Communications will play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. You will be working closely with the CEO, the Communications team as well as Asset Management’s Leadership Executives and their senior teams, providing the full spectrum of Internal Communications support from strategic advisory, leadership communications, change communications, 360 company-wide campaigns to drive engagement with the relevant narratives and tactical delivery.

Role Profile

  • Responsible for positioning, promoting, and protecting the brand and reputation of Majid Al Futtaim Properties – Asset Management Business Unit within the scope of the role.
  • Partners and aligns with the wider Corporate Communications team to co-develop and deliver comprehensive engagement activities to achieve organisational, business, and brand goals.
  • Ensures communications plans are mapped against business and brand objectives, align with organisational vision and values, reflect Majid Al Futtaim Properties core narratives, and cater to all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong advisory and facilitation skills.
  • Strong influencing and relationship skills. Able to influence without the need for direct authority.

Role Description

Are you passionate about driving innovative digital campaigns? Ready to make an impact in the world of marketing? This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Digital Expert at WONE ALTAVIA in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Digital Expert will be responsible for overseeing digital strategies, and account managers, managing projects, monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Digital Strategy
  • Communication and Project Management
  • Client facing
  • Data Analytics
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and performance metrics
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
