استقبال البلاغات عن الأطفال المعرضين للإساءة أو الإهمال أو العنف أو الاستغلال؛ والنزول الميداني لإعداد دراسة الحالات التفصيلية تمهيداً لإعداد خطط التدخل الفردية الأولية وضمان حصولهم على الحماية والرعاية والإبعاد عن الخطر.
- اس تقبال البلاغات عن طريق الخط الساخن أو من قبل الجهات المختلفة عن الأطفال المعرضين للإساءة أو الإهمال أو العنف أو الاستغلال؛ لوضع التوصيات ورفع الخطر عن الحالات بما يضمن استقلاليتها ووجودها في بيئة آمنة وتوفير كافة المتطلبات حسب الحالات.
- القيام بالزيارات الميدانية للحالات العاجلة لمقابلة الأطفال والأطراف المعنية لمحل السكن أو مركز الشرطة أو المستشفى بناً على جهة البلاغ الوارد وحضور التحقيق مع الأطفال سواء كان الجاني أو المجني عليه إن لزم الامر لتقديم الدعم الأطفال المعرضين للخطر.
- إخراج حالات الأطفال من مواقع الخطر بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية (الشرطية و الإيوائية) والإشراف على وضعه في مكان آمن والتأكد من فصلهم عن مصدر الخطر وتوفير المأوى المناسب في الحالات التي تستدعي الإبعاد.
- جمع المعلومات وإعداد الدراسات الاجتماعية من كافة الجوانب (ال وضع الصحي الوضع المادي الوضع النفسي الوضع الأسري والاجتماعي إلخ) بشكل تفصيلي للوقوف على الملابسات المحيطة والظروف وإدراج كافة المستجدات على الحالات في النظام المعتمد ورفع التوصيات التي تضمن حصولهم على الرعاية والحماية.
- توثيق حالات الحماية للاطفال في قاعدة بيانات لغرض المتابعة وقياس المؤشرات والتأكد من الحماية والرعاية ورفع الضرر للحالات المدرجة.
- إعداد خطط التدخل الفردية الأولية لحالات الأطفال التي تهدف إلى دمج الأطفل المُساء إليهم أو المشتبه بالإساءة إليهم في البرامج والأنشطة التي تدعمه والعمل على تنفيذها مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية المعنية لضمان حمايتهم من الإساءة أو الإهمال أو الاستغلال.
- رفع تقارير للجهات الشرطية والنيابية والقضائية عن الحالات التي تستدعي تدخل قانوني ورفع التوصيات.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Workerto join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. This role is within one of the UAE's largest government-affiliated healthcare networks, recognized for delivering exceptional patient-centered care and providing holistic support services. The Social Worker will play a critical role in supporting patients and families through psychosocial challenges, coordinating care, and ensuring emotional well-being during medical treatment. Experience supporting pediatric patientsis highly preferred. Other responsibilities include but are not limitedto :
- Provide counseling and psychosocial support to patients and families dealing with medical, emotional, and social challenges.
- Assess patients' social, emotional, and financial needs, and develop appropriate care plans.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and community resources.
- Support families in coping with long-term illnesses, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care.
- Assist in discharge planning and coordinate post-hospitalization services.
