SPOT is seeking a dynamic Community & Engagement Manager to lead the integration of
our physical locations with our growing digital presence. This role will focus on increasing
visitor footfall and car traQic across our 100+ tenant locations while scaling our social
media channels. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of field marketing, content
creation, and community building—both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
Physical Site Activation
•Plan and deploy signage at SPOT properties promoting social media engagement (e.g., QR codes, contests).
•Coordinate on-site activations like giveaways, weekend pop-ups, and mini-events with tenants.
•Monitor and improve physical-to-digital conversion (e.g., QR scan rates, redemptions).
Social Media Growth & Partnerships
•Collaborate with tenant F&B brands for weekly co-marketing initiatives (e.g., “Tenant Takeovers”, “Feature Fridays”).
•Launch and manage user-generated content (UGC) campaigns (e.g., #SPOTMOMENTS).
•Handle basic content scheduling and community management on SPOT’s Instagram/TikTok.
•Identify and engage local influencers for cross-promotion at SPOT sites.
•Engage daily with community comments, messages, and tagged content.•Coordinate and reward community participation through contests and giveaways.
Campaign Execution & Reporting
•Run hyper-local paid social media campaigns (within 1–3km of properties).
•Track KPIs: social growth, UGC volume, campaign redemptions, footfall trends.
•Provide monthly reports to leadership and recommend optimizations.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in marketing, community management, field activation, or similar.
•Experience with F&B, retail, or property marketing is a strong plus.
•Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok) with some design/copywriting skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
•Comfortable working in the field at SPOT locations to oversee activations and engage tenants.
•Strong organizational and coordination skills – can manage multiple campaigns at once.
•Arabic language fluency is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

- Manage and implement office goals and operational planning to ensure compliance with the university’s goals and objectives.

- Develop and manage a high quality, responsive and flexible student support team.
- Manage financial support services, including financial aid, scholarships, and grants.
- Develop and monitor the implementation of student engagement opportunities, including new student orientation, social events, student clubs, and trips.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of student recognition initiatives.
- Oversee the development and functions of the Athletics Office.
- Develop and oversee community engagement opportunities.
- Initiate, develop, and sustain strong positive relations with student sponsors and ensure that unit responds promptly to their needs and inquiries.
- Oversee and facilitate the student grievance process including reviewing grievance reports, meeting with involved parties, investigating and adjudicating misconduct and other related disciplinary cases in accordance with the university’s policies and procedures.
- Provide appropriate guidance and support to AUE Student Council, student clubs, and students as needed.
- Identify and secure funding from various sources to support the University mission in line with the university advancement and fundraising plan.
- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring their continued engagement and support for the institution.
- Perform any duties as assigned by the superiors.

- Collaborate closely with the Brand & Communications team, marketing, customer experience, and other internal departments to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a corporate environment, marketing agency, or a similar industry.

- Experience with brand guideline adherence and development.
- Skills:
- Exceptional proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory.

Job Purpose:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphic content for various communication channels within Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM). This role plays a crucial part in enhancing DHCM's brand identity, supporting marketing campaigns, and improving customer engagement through high-quality visual assets that align with strategic objectives and resonate with our diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:
- Design and produce a wide range of creative visual assets for both digital and print platforms, including but not limited to:
- Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations)
- Digital content (social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics)
- Event materials (signage, backdrops, invitations)
- Internal communications (posters, newsletters, presentations)
- Ensure all designs are consistent with DHCM's brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging.
- Develop creative concepts and execute them from ideation to final production, ensuring high aesthetic quality and effectiveness.
2. Brand Identity & Consistency:
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring strict adherence to DHCM's brand guidelines across all visual communications.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
- Contribute to the evolution of brand assets and visual standards as needed.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with the Brand & Communications team, marketing, customer experience, and other internal departments to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Work with external vendors (e.g., printers, agencies) to ensure quality production of materials.
4. Digital Asset Management:
- Organize and maintain a well-structured library of digital assets (images, logos, templates, design files) for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure all design files are properly archived and version-controlled.
5. Trend Awareness & Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and technologies.
