Amazons Brand Innovation Lab is looking for
a talented and passionate Conceptual Creative (Art Director) to
create one-of-a-kind campaigns for a wide range of brands across
our MENA region and for MENA based brands marketing in the UK and
US. Youll partner with art directors copywriters designers
solutions managers and producers to create first-class customer
experiences both on and offline by innovating with the Amazon
canvas (Prime Video Alexa Twitch etc). Youll lead projects and own
client relationships focusing on creating work that benefits the
end customer while pushing the creative envelope from brief to
execution. This is a perm role.

From ideation
through launch you will be responsible for delivering ambitious
insightful and data-driven concepts that translate needs and
constraints into customer-focused brand campaign ideas and
solutions. You will be equally strong at concept and execution
articulating end-to-end experiences and turning that vision into
high-quality experiences. This could include video content user
interface designs for voice and screen interaction models
prototypes and interactive advertising campaigns.

This role will use data and insights to
create campaign strategy and concepts develop designs and the look
and feel for experiences as well as templates for never-before-done
brand campaigns and experiences that will solve customer problems
on and off Amazon platforms. Candidates should be able to deliver
high-quality designs and stellar art direction for campaigns across
different Amazon touch points. Candidates should have in-depth
understanding of Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Powerpoint and
Figma (or an interest to learn Figma). For this role were looking

The Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is Amazon’s custom prototyping and development team for brands and their advertising agencies. We focus on the conception and execution of branded custom experiences across Amazon properties.

The Senior Solution's Manager of the MENA region Brand Innovation Lab Team will partner with internal teams to lead key accounts, and scope, pitch and execute one-of-a-kind campaigns for some of the world’s most valuable brands. Through excellence in strategic thinking, relationship management and project management this role will raise the creative bar for brands and their customers. As the Market's Solutions Manager you will be the go-to person for partner teams and to lead clients towards innovative ideas.

The BIL Sr Solutions Manager helps the team navigate never-been-done-before situations and build lasting relationships with Advertising clients by partnering to address business and marketing challenges.

The Sr Solutions Manager will also work closely with creative and technical peers within the Brand Innovation Lab and other partner teams (e.g., Alexa, AWS, Prime Video, Twitch).

The BIL Sr Solutions Manager will use custom tools like Asana, Salesforce, and other pre-sale scoping mechanisms to help the entire team “see around corners” to avoid pitfalls, delays, and mistakes while realizing the full creative potential of the Amazon canvas.

The BIL Sr Solutions Manager will be comfortable working with data to find insights and write briefs that bring out the best in our creative team.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, agile leader with experience partnering with Creative, Technical and Sales teams to deliver bar-raising results for advertisers. A person who isn't afraid to wear many hats and get scrappy to find solutions in a small team with a start-up mentality that thrives in change.

Key job responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Advertising clients as a partner in addressing their business and marketing challenges, helping them navigate the Amazon Canvas and unlock customer-centric innovation.

You'll partner with Art Directors, design technologists, program managers and producers to create innovative work by hacking the Amazon canvas (Alexa, Twitch, Prime Video, etc). You'll work on projects that benefit the end customer while pushing the creative envelope. Some days you'll be helping set strategy for a key project, others you'll be project managing a complex never-been-done-before project removing ambiguity and laying a path for the team to succeed.

Leading the team locally you'll inspire partners to think creatively and help change the rhythm of the market to focus on the new vision of innovation in the market.

You'll be leading pitches to senior stakeholders and evangelizing the role of creativity in driving business outcomes and improved customer experiences.

You'll be able to wear many hats to get the best creative outcome from project managing, strategy to digital and video production.

About the team

The Brand Innovation Lab team is the internal group within Amazon that creates one-of-a-kind campaigns and activations for global advertisers, like Nivea, Lego, McDonald's, Qatar Airways, and Mars.

Using all of the different platforms within the Amazon canvas (Custom landing pages on Amazon Twitch, events etc.), we create campaigns that reach millions of Amazon customers across our digital channels and out in the real-world.

In MENA we're a small and scrappy team that is still building the future of Brand Innovation Lab in the region.

Basic Qualifications

Role Overview

As a Product Development Intern , you’ll gain hands-on experience in the full product lifecycle from design development to sample tracking and approvals. You’ll support our product team with day-to-day operational tasks while also contributing to innovation projects, fittings, and seasonal planning. Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development Support

  • Assist in packing and organizing DHL parcels to factories.
  • Maintain and organize the fabric library.
  • Support in sample storage, seasonal sample clear-outs and overall studio tidiness.
  • Help with shipment sample checking and basic approvals.
  • Assist in preparing care label artworks for approval.
  • Coordinate proto review meeting setups, hanging samples, preparing documentation, etc.
  • Admin support in castings, model coordination, fittings, and invoicing.
  • Book and manage fit model schedules and fittings logistics.

2. Production Admin & Tech Pack Coordination

  • Help prepare and send tech packs, size specs, and artworks to factories.
  • Track sample delivery timelines and follow up with suppliers.
  • Participate in fit preps, measuring and checking incoming samples.
  • Assist in logging fit comments and communicating with factories.

3. Material & Trim Management

  • Support with lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk fabric approvals.
  • Assist in trim sourcing, testing, and documentation.
  • Organize washing and wear testing schedules and sample handling.

4. Brand Alignment & Shoots

  • Help organize product handovers to Brand and Marketing teams.
  • Join e-commerce and campaign shoots to support the product team.
  • Assist in preparing product information sheets for e-commerce.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Textiles, Product Development, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in activewear, sportswear, or athleisure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, basic Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
