A fast-growing international law firm with strong roots in Asia is expanding into the Middle East to meet rising demand for high-calibre legal services. They are currently seeking a multilingual Partner to spearhead their business development and marketing efforts in the UAE, with a focus on commercial disputes and international arbitration.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and capitalise on business opportunities within the UAE region
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and regional influencers.
- Identify new areas of growth, drive client acquisition, and expand regional presence.
Marketing & Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to raise the firm’s profile across the UAE.
- Organise and participate in events, networking forums, and thought leadership initiatives to position the firm as a leader in the market.
- Collaborate with the central marketing and BD teams to deliver impactful content and campaigns.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring high standards of service, trust, and retention.
- Tailor the firm’s offerings to client needs and promote relevant capabilities.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English; proficiency in Russian, Arabic, and/or Farsi would be an advantage.
- Common law qualified (preferably England & Wales), with a solid background in commercial disputes and international arbitration.
- Demonstrated track record in business development and marketing, ideally within legal or other professional services sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for commercial opportunities.

We are seeking a proactive Disputes Analyst to join our Risk and Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support merchants in managing and challenging disputes and chargebacks
- Help to manage the portfolio of active dispute cases
- Process incoming disputes, analyse the transaction and dispute reason, and determine what information we require to challenge the dispute
- Engage with merchants to gather additional information about the disputed transaction
- Assist the team leads in preparing and submitting dispute rebuttal documents

We are seeking a professional to help our clients prevent, manage and resolve tax disputes with the tax authorities in the Middle East region.
Our team has extensive experience working with tax authorities globally. We assist clients through various interactions with the tax authorities from filing a tax clarification request to drafting and submitting reconsideration and appeal letters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with all aspects of audit readiness, voluntary disclosure and clarifications requests
- Assist clients throughout the appeal process from preparing reconsideration/waiver letters to Committees and Courts
- Advising clients on tax controversy service offerings and developing client relationships
- Providing high-quality service deliverables while maintaining time constraints
Role Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in indirect taxes (VAT and Excise Tax)
- Specialist knowledge and experience with tax disputes and litigations is a must
- Arabic fluency is a must
