We are looking for Sales Executive to join our team, specialising in selling construction solutions such as

• Site Utilities - tower lights
• Heavy equipment such as cranes and trucks and concrete mixers
• Compaction – Vibratory compactors, Vibratory Rollers, Rammers
• Concreting – Trowels, Concrete Screeds & Vibrators
• Cutting, and Grinding products
• Air Powered Rammers, Vibrators, Compactors & Trowels

• Generate leads and actively seek new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Promote and sell a variety of construction equipment, including tower lights, compactors, concreting solutions, and cutting and grinding products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare sales quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed.

• 3 years proven Sales experience in sales, particularly in the construction equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction tools and solutions, including tower lights, compactors, concreting tools, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• A degree in business, engineering, or a related field would be an advantage.

POSITION

H&H Technician

Responsible for assisting the Team Leader in all site repairs and maintenance of technical equipment/vehicles, including a good working knowledge of auto mechanics and/or heavy vehicles, as well as practical work applications. Emphasizes health and safety, environmental control, and ISO practices. Ensures all actions, maintenance, or production are completed according to managers', customers', and manufacturers' instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the movement, washing, cleaning, and preparation of vehicles in the PDC.
• Assist with any other tasks related to equipment as directed.
• Perform general cleaning and labor-related tasks.
• Assist in upgrading and modifying existing systems per OEM instructions.
• Carry out paint preparation, minor body work, and painting.
• Assist in Material Handling Equipment operations.
• Ensure safety and environmental issues are observed by other employees.
• Adhere to company values.
• Assist in inventory, stock checks, and logistics.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, work instructions, and notices.
• Accurately fill in timesheets and related paperwork.
• Assist in mechanical assembly and disassembly work under guidance.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Support container stuffing and destuffing.

Job Requirements

• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• UAE MHE Drivers License (Manual).
• Experience in a similar environment.
• At least two years of experience in maintenance, logistics, or product distribution (desirable).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions (desirable).
• Proof of previous employment with good conduct.
• Satisfactory educational certificates with acceptable grades.

We are seeking a skilled Welder cum Denter with proven experience in repairing and maintaining heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding, denting, and fabrication work to restore and maintain the structural integrity of machinery and vehicles used in heavy-duty operations.

Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks on heavy equipment parts and body structures.

Repair dents, cracks, and damaged components on machinery, trucks, and other heavy vehicles.

Align and straighten frames, panels, and body structures to factory standards.

Conduct preventive maintenance checks on equipment bodywork and report defects.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for repair and welding work.

Select appropriate welding equipment, materials, and techniques for each task.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all repair activities.

Maintain tools, welding machines, and work areas in good condition.

Collaborate with mechanics and technicians for comprehensive equipment repairs.

Proven work experience as a Welder / Denter in heavy equipment or automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC, Gas Welding, etc.).

Ability to operate welding and denting tools, grinders, cutters, and fabrication machinery.

Experience in repairing and maintaining trucks, earth-moving machinery, or heavy vehicles.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and repair manuals.

Physically fit and capable of handling heavy-duty repair work.

Attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety protocols.
