- Prepare agreements and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Take full responsibility as well as interpret and explain all construction plans and contract terms to management and staff in order to insure transparency and sustained progress.
- A university degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited European or US university.
- A minimum of 15 years of direct experience in construction as well as project management.
- Work experience in the region and knowledge of local legal requirements are preferred.
- Professional certifications and memberships are preferred.
