- Utilize advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology to collect and analyze data, collaborating with engineers to provide essential survey information.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using specialized software, maintaining and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to land boundaries or elevations, staying updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies.
- Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field is required, along with professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on infrastructure projects, including proven experience in bridge and underpass surveying.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying with at least 5 years on bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE. • Proven experience working on RTA bridge or road projects, with full understanding of RTA standards, regulations, and approval workflows. • Proficient in survey software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Leica Geo Office, or similar platforms. • Strong skills in using Total Stations, GPS, GNSS, digital levels, and data collectors. • Familiarity with local geodetic coordinate systems and datum transformations used in Dubai. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong reporting abilities. • Valid UAE driving license preferred. • Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., SSSI, RICS, or similar) is an advantage.
