**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Work with the various consultants and contractors to manage and direct overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
+ Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule. Monitors the services of subcontractors and major construction equipment required by the project will be available at the appropriate time to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

+ Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution
+ Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction of **buildings , greenhouses, ancillary buildings** and **infrastructure** projects
+ Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background, as well as previous project management experience on similar or related projects.
+ Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards
+ Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications
+ Must have work experience in UAE preferably in Abu Dubai/Al Ain
+ Proven ability to perform in a management capacity,
+ Excellent written and oral communications skills in English, Arabic will be a plus
+ Thorough knowledge of industry practices and Abu Dhabi regulations are also required.
+ Knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project
