Job Description
The Senior Construction Tech completes a variety of Construction assignments as needed and can complete work with a limited degree of supervision. They are an informal resource for colleagues with less Construction experience. The Senior Construction Tech has developed proficiency in various analytical processes or procedures to carry out assigned tasks. They provide solutions to problems in atypical or infrequently occurring situations based on existing precedents or procedures. They directly impact the quality of the work of the team.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ Support project team with system setup, functional reporting, fabrication sequence, path of construction review, constructability on a discipline level etc.
+ Engineering data mapping, attributes management, and reporting.
+ Manage interfaces with external systems such as project schedule, material management, document management, commissioning etc.
+ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
+ Support the Fabrication Bid coordination efforts with review of 3D model attributes and mapping
+ Ensure necessary documentation and compliance to procedural requirements throughout the project phases. E.g.: Adhere to work packaging process, follow change management process, documenting and communicating lesson learned to relevant stakeholders at every phase of project to avoid recurrence, support in issuance of project close out report.
+ Conduct user training and develop user/admin training materials
**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ Any Graduate/Diploma in Material Management
+ Over 8 years in the Oil & Gas/ Fabrication/Construction/Marine/Petrochemical industry as a systems admin
+ Familiar with Offshore/Onshore Engineering 3D design & detailing tools data management (S3D, E3D, Tekla, Spoolgen)
+ Hands-on experience with design review tools Smartplant Review, Autodesk forge
+ Knowledge of reports design, development, and distribution (SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau, Telerik)
+ Hand experience in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training & considerable on-the-job experience
+ Basic knowledge in RDBMS language & management (SQL & Oracle)

**Job Description**
**Job Summary**
This role as a Project Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor III within the AECOM Dubai South pre-contact team will provide the right individual an environment which they can thrive and develop into a leader for the future. Working across a wide range of projects and end markets, will give the candidate exposure to many asset types, procurement routes and major UAE Clients.
As a Project Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor III, you will be expected to plan work requested by other senior staff members and coordinate with leadership to meet the timescales requested or advise where the timescales cannot be met and suggest mitigation strategies.
Whilst pre-contract biased, there will be some exposure to post contract works and experience in the construction phase will be beneficial.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Accountable for a variety of complex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a project.
+ Accountable for briefing the team on the project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.
+ Leading deliverables such as feasibility estimates, cost plans, procurement and tendering and contract awards.
+ Leading a team to carry out measurement activities within the office.
+ Leading value engineering and value management initiatives.
+ Leading by example and creating a inclusive work environment.
+ Ability to develop and understand benchmarking data.
+ Manages the resources on a project and within the established budget.
+ Monitors and manages the performance of Project Surveyors and other direct reports.
+ Ensures all deliverables comply with the AECOM Project Delivery System.
+ Coordinating with senior staff to allocate adequate resources to complete tasks to the timescale required.
+ Under limited supervision, normally receives little instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements:
+ Minimum 6-8 years' experience in this field.
+ Must have a QS or Engineering or similar degree.
+ Must have pre-contract experience within a consultancy.
+ Must have extensive exposure to cost planning at all stages.
+ RICS membership is preferred.

AECOM is seeking a motivated Graduate Stakeholder Specialist to join our Civil Infrastructure team. This role is designed for recent graduates in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines who are interested in combining technical knowledge with stakeholder engagement. You will support the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects by assisting with communication, coordination, and relationship-building between technical teams, clients, government authorities, and the wider community. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in coordinating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and site visits for infrastructure projects such
as highways, bridges, utilities, and transport networks.
* Support the preparation of project-related documentation including meeting minutes, technical
presentations, and progress updates tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
* Help track stakeholder requirements (e.g., community concerns, authority regulations, client objectives)

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related), Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with interest in client-facing work.

Job Summary
The Civil Engineer is responsible for performing all the administrative and operational functions necessary for the day to day operation of the project. In the absence of the Sr. Civil Engineer, the Civil Engineer will assume his duties.

+ Review of Inspectors Daily Reports.
+ Preparation of Engineer's Daily Diary.
