Position Overview
The Director – Consulting will lead and grow Presight’s consulting engagements focused on data analytics and AI transformation. This senior leadership role is responsible for defining strategy, driving business development, and delivering high-value programs across government and enterprise clients in the UAE and GCC

  • Develop and implement the consulting growth strategy aligned with Presight’s business objectives.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and governance of complex data analytics and AI engagements.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted advisory relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Drive business development initiatives including pipeline generation, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee consulting teams, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Presight’s product, solution, and delivery units to develop integrated go-to-market offerings.
  • Represent Presight in industry events, conferences, and strategic forums as a thought leader.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk management frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience
Minimum 12 years in management consulting with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale data and AI engagements. Tier-1 or Big 4 consulting background strongly preferred.
Domain Expertise
Deep understanding of data strategy, analytics platforms, AI/ML solutions, and digital transformation programs.
Market Knowledge
Strong familiarity with UAE and GCC market dynamics, regulatory environment, and public sector priorities.
Language Skills
Arabic fluency preferred; English proficiency required.
Leadership Skills
Proven capability in managing diverse consulting teams, developing talent, and delivering complex programs on time and budget.
Commercial Acumen

Educational Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree pursuing actuarial science, mathematics, or another major with quantitative course work,

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist the consulting team on client assignments, key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentation, participation in internal and external meetings
  • The focus will be on UAE and KSA based work, and some assignments may require travel within the region i.e. Middle East & North Africa subject to travel advisory warnings as per JLL EMEA Policy
  • Preparation of client pitches, presentations and proposals

What You’ll Do
  • In this role, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our core products including our Main App Trading, Loyalty Programs, VISA Card and Pay, among others.
  • Below are some activities you may find yourself doing:
  • Strategic Visionary: Assisting the Strategy team to conceptualize, execute and monitor key strategic initiatives aimed at driving commercial success
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep subject matter expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, Crypto Payments and other relevant domains
  • Pricing Strategy Optimization: Developing optimal pricing strategies for our all core products (proficiency in Excel modeling and generating data-driven insights is expected)
  • Market Research & Analysis: Developing thematic research memos to advise on market/ sub-sector strategy;
  • Project Coordination & Management: Coordinating cross-functional projects end-to-end from timeline/ deliverable planning to tracking/ reporting;
  • Product Development: Designing & drafting requirements for a new product or feature;
  • Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Deciding & analyzing product KPIs and recommending improvements to drive revenue and user engagement
  • Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Evaluating & driving strategic and investment opportunities
  • Business Projection & Analysis: Projecting business results and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications & strategic pivots
Overall, you will shoulder the important responsibilities of:
