We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end ERP implementations , preferably in the Retail, Hospitality, and Enterprise domains. An ideal candidate has strong ERP project management expertise combined with retail business understanding. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail is highly valued but not mandatory.
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving successful delivery by managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, while ensuring adherence to LS Retail and Business Central implementation best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end LS Retail and Business Central implementations , covering requirements gathering, planning, testing, training, and go-live.
- Drive project planning and execution of LS Retail and Business Central projects across MEA & India, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients , ensuring clear communication and effective expectation management.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, technical specialists) for seamless delivery.

- Manage project financials , including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability tracking.

- 8–10 years of project management experience , ideally in consulting or IT services.
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects (Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems).
- Background in Retail, Hospitality, or Distribution industries is highly desirable.
- LS Retail / Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills , with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen , with experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
