Job Overview
Engagement Managers are expected to work with Alton's senior team members to help clients solve their most complex commercial, operational, and financial challenges. For Engagement Managers a degree in a quantitative, problem solving, or critical reasoning discipline (e.g., business, finance, mathematics, engineering, statistics, etc.) from a top educational institution is preferred.
Work Experience
Engagement managers should have at least 6-9 years of aviation/aerospace industry working experience and/or relevant consultancy work experience. Candidates will also be considered with a strong background from other industries/positions offering relevant transferable skills (e.g., investment banking, management consulting). Candidates must have experience managing analytical teams.
Travel
Domestic and overseas travel may be required 25-50% on average, or more during certain periods.
