Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Support the Social Media Manager and Marketing Managers with monthly and campaign-specific social content strategies.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars to support merchant offers, promotions, drive redemptions, and achieve campaign objectives.
- Research trends, competitor content, and platform updates to inform the content plan.
- Align monthly with local Marketing Managers to localise content effectively.
Content Creation & Production
- Create engaging, shareable content for social platforms, including static posts, carousels, Reels, Stories and TikToks.
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite to produce and edit content with quick turnaround.
- Direct and shoot content when needed (lifestyle, UGC, and merchant footage), visiting merchant outlets and locations when required - support with non-focus markets (e.g. UAE) if needed.
