We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating and closing deals with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect information about properties and arrange for marketing materials to be created.
- Keep up-to-date with the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market.
- Create and attend property valuations.
- Create and attend property viewings.
- Negotiate with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage.
