-  Work closely with the Business Development Coordinator, who will provide different connections who will need to be contacted and informed about the University and potential opportunity. 
 
-  Contribute to recruitment and admissions activities and the planning and organisation of prospective student visits and open events. 
 
-  Liaise with academic departments and other administrative offices. 
 
-  Assist with coordinating the Student Ambassador Scheme, including interviewing and training postgraduate students to support the outreach and development process. 
 
-  Maintain an awareness of UAE’s Education developments, particularly with the professional learner. 
 
-  Act as an Account Manager for prospective learners, developing positive working relationships that lead to the recruitment of students to the University. 
 
-  Develop links and relationships with companies and institutions to promote continued professional development and learning at Middlesex University Dubai, provide pre-admissions advice, and give presentations or seminars on professional studies and work-life balance. 
 
-  Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional initiatives to target prospective students. 
 
-  Manage the lead to enrolment process using the University Marketing, Sales and Admissions Systems. 
 
-  Support with the University welcome of new students, providing them with support during their arrival at the University. 
 
-  Be a key user of the CRM system, recommending and suggesting best practice measures. 
 
-  Provide weekly reports on programme-level performance and planned activity to increase the student numbers as requested by management. 
 
-  Ensure compliance with the law around copyright and data protection.

-  Honours degree or higher degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant field.
