Legal Advisor & Contracts Manager Location: Sharjah, UAE Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 About the Role We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor & Contracts Manager to oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts while ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. This role will safeguard the company’s legal interests across all phases of our high-value real estate developments. Key Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. - Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and property-related matters. - Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, RERA/DLD requirements, and regulatory frameworks. - Manage dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters when required. - Maintain and update company policies, ensuring legal risk mitigation. - Support management in land acquisition, joint ventures, and project approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM). - Licensed to practice law in the UAE or recognized jurisdiction. - Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate and construction law. - Strong knowledge of UAE contract law and property regulations. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills. - Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written).

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the development and implementation of HSES plans, procedures and instructions
+ Provide HSES guidance to frontline supervision and field personnel
+ Provide mentorship and coaching to junior HSES staff

+ Participate in risk assessments and ensure risk registries are maintained up to date

+ Assist with the planning of Permit to Work's (PTW's), conduct inspections and ensure compliance to PTW controls
+ Assist in preparing and conducting HSES audits and inspections
+ Initiate, monitor, and report on the progress of audit and inspection findings
+ Assist in the development and implementation of HSES initiatives
+ Assist and participate in emergency response drills, including preparation of reports and inspection of equipment
+ Participate in incident investigations and prepare reports as necessary
**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ Degree/Diploma or equivalent in HSES related subject
+ 5 years of Oil and Gas HSES experience
+ Conversant with local and international HSES laws, codes, and regulations
+ Familiar with all company, facility, and project specific HSES terms, requirements, and deliverables
+ Maintain key competencies associated with the HSES function
+ Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
