We are hiring a highly experienced Contracts Engineer with a background in Oil & Gas, industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing contracts, executions, and compliance across multiple disciplines in line with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts related to oil and gas projects.
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Handle variations, claims, and contract close-outs.
- Ensures compliance with legal and company standards, supports tendering and procurement processes, and coordinates with project, legal, and commercial teams.
- Monitors contract performance, handles variations and claims, and mitigates contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, industrial and structural.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations and authority procedures is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Previous UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
