Task
• Strategy & Planning: Support the Corporate Development & Strategy manager in conceptualizing and executing strategic projects, including the regionalization and monitoring of the global PAG strategy, while developing strategic focus topics that support company goals. Support with preparation and alignment of strategic presentations for the CEO at key internal and external events, meetings and committees.
• Business Operations: Organize strategic meetings on executive level, such as ExCom workshops, board visits, networking events, company-wide town halls, including moderating, minuting, setting and distributing agendas and assigning and following up on tasks. Support the CDS Manager with the preparation of presentations for the abovementioned meetings.
