- Project Monitoring : Monitor construction progress to ensure completion within the approved budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:
- Manage cost controls and oversee project financials.
- Own P&L responsibilities for e-PCSR.
- Conduct variance analysis by reviewing job ledger and cost centers.
- Oversee Accounts Payable for all project vendors.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, aging, WHT, DSO.
- Supervise employee expense reimbursement processes.
- Lead WBS management: creating, updating, and reviewing.
- Act as interface between project and project accounting, supporting corporate reports.
- Handle standard costing, including multipliers.
- Prepare BOC1540 reports such as VOWD and Monthly Cost Report.

- Lead social security registration with DRSS.
- Report WHT status weekly for Iraq portfolio.
- Manage waivers and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance.
- Prepare quarterly KPIs aligned with contracts.
- Develop project-specific cost and finance procedures.
- Supervise, train, and support cost control and finance teams.
- Participate in department audits, especially in Iraq.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from BOC.
