- Oversees and supervises junior staff and ensures adherence to ongoing rules and policies as applied in the Section/Department/Facility.
- Manages exposure to highly distressing and emotional circumstances, maintaining mental effort through concentration and attention.
- Carries out initial comprehensive person-centered psychosocial assessments, plans and implements individual strategies of care with the service user, caregiver, and multidisciplinary team; updates the patient file history as required by JCI.

Experience
- Required: Previous experience with direct patient care in a medical/healthcare setting.
Educational Qualification
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or equivalent AND Postgraduate degree in Social Work (e.g. Masters or higher).
