Job Purpose

To maximise sales through providing exceptional customer service in a professional and efficient manner to all guests, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Functional Responsibilities

  1. Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service. Handle all customer queries and comments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Take and process customers' orders accurately and promptly.
  3. Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items to describe and recommend products to customers.
