To independently develop and manage the TV/DAV segment in the GCC region by working closely with Distributors. Responsibility would include developing and maintaining the correct level of Distributor's resource, ensuring the sales target achievement and manage shared resources in the most efficient way for superior service to key customers.
Key Objectives:
The successful applicant is responsible for developing and maintaining allocation of each distributor's across GCC with clear objective of achieving the company targets in quantity & revenue across CTV/DAV products. The position involves managing and monitoring the Distributors sales operations and development, driving continuous demand and ensure display quality. He will support the Head of the Division in putting together the CTV/DAV strategy.
Position Responsibilities:
- To deliver market share, revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensuring that each distributor is allocated at the correct level of resource.
- Providing of accurate and timely forecasts and reports as required by management team.
- Conducting market trend analysis and working closely with the distributor team to develop plans to overcome potential issues.

The key feature of Coinhold is its flexibility: users can select terms that match their financial goals and earn returns via compound interest.
Payroll is a system for automating salary and remuneration payments to employees, freelancers, or partners using cryptocurrencies. It is designed for companies with up to 200 staff that seek to simplify international payments, minimize fees, increase transparency, enhance security, and reduce tax burdens.
SWAP offers instant, secure coin exchange for crypto projects, Web 3 wallets, DeFi trackers, and dApps. It integrates with various trading platforms to provide the best exchange rates on 500 coins. No account creation is necessary to use SWAP.
Cryptoprocessing helps grow sales through an easy-to-use payment gateway, suitable for currency exchange services, online stores, gaming platforms, broker firms, travel companies, banking services, real estate, crowdfunding, and IT companies.

What you will be doing:
- Lead the sales growth strategy across the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa)
- Build and manage direct sales operations for our products in the region
- Develop partnerships with local companies, resellers, fintech, and crypto platforms
- Build and scale a high-performing regional sales team
- Manage outbound sales (cold outreach) and inbound lead conversion processes
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences across the region
- Support clients and partners throughout all engagement stages (presale, sale, and postsale)
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and identify new growth opportunities
- Ensure accurate reporting on sales metrics (deal volume, conversion rates, client retention) using Hubspot CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt strategies for the MENA market
What you will bring
- 3+ years of professional experience in B2B technology sales or crypto/fintech/SaaS solutions within MENA
- Proven experience in outbound (cold outreach) and inbound sales management
- Strong experience in building sales funnels, managing client retention, and handling complex deals
- Strong network and familiarity with the local capital markets and investment ecosystem
- Background in enterprise fintech sales is a strong advantage
- Native Arabic speaker; proficiency in English at C1 level
- UAE citizenship or legal right to work in the UAE without sponsorship preferred
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and expanding customer base
- Experience in building and leading sales teams
- Skilled in developing partnership programs and closing agreements
- Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across the region (20-30% travel expected)
- Excellent presentation skills and experience speaking at industry events
