We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires exceptional After Effects skills and strong team collaboration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-focused, and able to maintain composure under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating all web and design layouts, including the website, email templates, product images, banners, landing pages, social media assets, and other graphic elements that delight, engage, and inform users.
- Managing multiple projects from conception to completion, collaborating with the Creative Manager and Lead Digital Designer to set priorities based on strategic objectives and resource availability.
- Working closely with Editorial, Marketing, and UX teams to translate data-driven briefs into engaging creative that drives conversion.
- Engaging stakeholders throughout the creative process, gathering feedback and ensuring their needs are addressed.
- Translating business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, visually exciting, and easy-to-understand designs.
- Implementing design using brand-standard elements to ensure a unified brand experience.
- Continually monitoring user behavior to maximize their experience and generate sales, utilizing data analysis to inform design decisions and strategies.
- Reviewing all digital outputs before they go live to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to design for various platforms including Desktop, Mobile, Tablets, and Apps.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS6), including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Strong command of Sketch and Figma is preferred.
- Experience with 3D design and animation software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is considered a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and techniques.
