The successful candidate will provide expert leadership for the design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of a fully automated CBTC system. A deep understanding of international standards, including IEEE standards relevant to CBTC systems, will be critical for ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**CBTC Leadership and Technical Oversight:**
+ Provide expert leadership in the design, development, and deployment of the CBTC system, ensuring alignment with GoA Level 4 requirements and IEEE standards such as **IEEE 1474 (Standard for CBTC Performance and Functional Requirements)** .
+ Oversee the integration of CBTC systems with key subsystems, including rolling stock, SCADA, traction power, and communication systems, ensuring technical and functional compatibility.

+ Validate CBTC system functionality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing and trial operations, ensuring operational readiness.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the CBTC system within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
