Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Execution:
    Own the Weekly Media Planner from ideation to publication. You will plan, create, and schedule content across all our key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and our Newsletter) in alignment with our daily themes.
  • Brand Voice & Narrative:
    Internalise the  brand DNA—a unique mix of Approachable, Accountable, and Inspirational. You will be the master storyteller, crafting compelling copy and scripts that speak directly to our target audience of hard-working professionals.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimisation:
    You will track, analyse, and report on content performance on a weekly basis. Using platform analytics, you will measure key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, website clicks, and lead quality) to refine and optimise our content strategy for maximum ROI.
  • Platform Management:
