Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute menus showcasing authentic Lebanese flavors, modern techniques, and elegant presentation.
  • Maintain the highest standards of taste, quality, and consistency in all dishes served.
  • Innovate with seasonal ingredients and Lebanese culinary trends while preserving traditional recipes.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including staffing, production, and mise en place.
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring skills development, discipline, and high morale.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through culinary storytelling.
  • Participate in menu tastings, food festivals, and special events to promote Lebanese cuisine.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Deep expertise in Lebanese culinary traditions.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is a strong asset.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate culinary expert to join our team as a Chef de Partie in our vegan kitchen. The ideal candidate will have extensive background in plant-based menu development and execution, with a proven track record of success in vegan kitchens.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, creating innovative and delicious vegan dishes for our guests. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting vegan and vegetarian dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook vegan and vegetarian dishes to high standards.
  • Manage kitchen station efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
  • Develop and test new vegan and vegetarian recipes and menu items.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive background in plant-based menu development and execution.
  • Formal training or certification in vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in vegan or vegetarian kitchens.
  • Possession of strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
